John’s practice areas include real estate transactions and financing; business law; corporate law; commercial litigation; real estate litigation; general business litigation; construction lien law; title insurance defense and homeowners’ association representation. John also serves as legal counsel to the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Orlando.

Prior to forming the Law Offices of John L. Di Masi, P.A., John was a founding equity partner of Miller, South & Di Masi, P.A. and was formerly associated with Baker & Hostetler, L.P., and Graham, Clark, Jones, Pratt & Marks, P.A.

While in law school, John was President of the Honor Council, a Member of the Moot Court Board, a Member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Review, and a Member of the Bar & Gavel.
